The Toxins Colon Cleanse Can Purge From Your Body
Are you healthy? A simple question right? I have a feeling that more that 50 % of the people who read this article have some form of digestive disorder or problems. So, the question is how can this be helped, and is there anything you can do to improve digestive health? This article looks at the toxins colon cleanse can eliminate from the human body, which can help a number of digestive problems.
First I am going to start with a bit of a personal question How many times do you have a natural bowel movement each day?
Although not a perfect indicator of whether your body has issues eliminating waste, the number should be around the same number of substantial means you have in a day usually 2 3.
Now that doesnt mean if you only go once that you have a problem which needs looking into, but it would lead me to ask myself what sort of diet I was eating that was potentially slowing down the elimination process within my body.
It stands to reason that the body would not hold on to waste material for longer than is necessary.
So, is your diet quite high in fat, processed foods, sugary food?
And more importantly is it low in fiber (both insoluble and soluble) and pure water?
If that is the case, then the risk of colon health being effected increases and it is more likely over time that you will suffer with constipation, bloating and poor digestion.
Fiber in the diet bulks and softens the stool as well as helping lubricate the passage of the stool for evacuation. It scrubs the colon clear as it goes through the system and hopefully leaves behind a nice healthy colon.
However, if a diet has been poor for an extended period, waste material is more likely to lodge in the colon, and over time it can accumulate and cause waste to process more slowly, leading to constipation.
If this continues then the build up can become dangerous as the putrefied waste material can leak toxins into the blood stream, which can be responsible for a multitude of medical conditions.
Also, this environment can be the ideal breeding ground for unfriendly bacteria, parasites and yeast, which can also release further toxins into the blood stream. The best way of accessing your risk is to be honest about your diet.
Do you have sufficient roughage/ fiber in your diet (fresh vegetables and fruit are a great source), is your diet high in fat and processed foods Generally, is it a diet that is damaging your colon or keeping it healthy.
